NorthLegal does not voluntarily share any information regarding you or your use of this site. We do not track your movements here, before you arrive here, or after you leave here.
However, NorthLegal is not a web development company. This site is created using WordPress, which means it involves the use of various “plugins” that provide different features. For example, there is a plugin that facilitates your registration and that confirms you are a registered user when you arrive and other plugins that provide security measures. These are created and maintained by different entities from around the world and, together, they make this site work.
Additionally, this website — like all WordPress websites — uses a “theme” to establish basic layouts. The theme currently used is the Divi Theme, which is a purchased theme used by thousands of WordPress sites.
Finally, this website, like most WordPress and non-WordPress sites, is hosted by a company that provides hosting services and that stores all information on this site.
These things are true of most websites that you visit including WordPress sites — and there are estimates that more than 40% of all sites on the Internet are now WordPress sites! So you encounter these issues frequently; we just choose to talk about them.
NorthLegal has tried and will continue to try to use only hosting services, themes and plugins that have been in use by thousands of others for a while and that (in the case of themes and plugins) appear to adhere to WordPress security and other standards. NorthLegal will never knowingly use any that collect or use information about you or your employer. Nevertheless, NorthLegal lacks the technical knowledge to know what information its hosting service, theme builder, or plugins may collect.
You agree that NorthLegal will not be responsible for any collection or use of information by any third party including, but not limited to, third parties that provide hosting services, themes or plugins that make this site operate.
